You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of our software or services without prior written consent.

All software, source code, designs, systems, and content remain the exclusive property of Hortechnet or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you unless explicitly stated in writing.

All underlying software, frameworks, and system logic developed or used by Hortechnet remain its exclusive property.

You are granted only a license to use the software and do not acquire ownership rights.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the system. Hortechnet does not claim ownership of your data but may process it solely to provide and improve the services.

For custom-built solutions, ownership and intellectual property rights shall be governed by a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, Hortechnet retains ownership of the core codebase while granting the client a license to use the solution.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with the law.

You agree that we may send you service-related or promotional communications via email or SMS. You may opt out at any time.

Upon completion and delivery of any project, any additional modifications, updates, or new feature requests outside the original agreed scope shall attract additional charges.

Minor adjustments may be accommodated at Hortechnet’s discretion within a limited period after delivery. However, significant changes, enhancements, or ongoing support services will require a separate agreement or maintenance plan.

Hortechnet reserves the right to define the scope of work and determine applicable fees for all post-delivery requests.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Hortechnet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hortechnet harmless from any claims arising from your use or misuse of the services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
